Shipping Information

Collect in Store

Order online or by telephone and collect in store. Please allow us 24 hours to ensure your order is ready for collection. If you need something straight away then give us a call. Orders will be reserved for 5 days only. After 5 days the order will be cancelled. Please have a print out of your order when you call in for collection.

To collect in store just proceed to the checkout page as normal and select "Collect in Store" from the dispatch method box.

We accept credit card payments using Worldpay. Customer information is protected with every transaction. We accept the following:

All online orders are powered by WorldPay.

Shipping for UK Orders

Orders under £100 are charged at £3.50

Orders over £100 are posted free of charge

All heavy items - for example: bikes, frames, wheels, workstands and turbo-trainers are charged at £17.50

Velosport LLP will not be held liable for late/delayed orders.If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timescale then do contact us. Please note that the Royal Mail does not claim that a parcel is missing until 14 working days after posting.

Tax Charges

All prices include VAT (20%) apart from items that are tax exempt (for example helmets).

Specifications, Prices and Colours

All prices and specifications (inclding exact colours) are checked but Velosport LLP can accept no responsibility for errors or omissions in product descriptions. Velosport LLP reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without further notice.

Out of Stock Items

If at the time of ordering any items are out of stock we will advise you, via email or telephone of any shortfall and provide a revised despatch date. We will despatch the in-stock items by the next working day at the latest.

Returns

Please contact us if you would like to return any unwanted or unsuitable products. We will provide an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer. Items should be returned, preferably with the original packaging, within 30 days. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs, no postage costs are refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Warranty

All products sold by Velosport come with a guarantee. If you have a problem with one of our products we will do our best to sort it out. Diffierent items carry different length warranties. Please read your product literature to see which conditions apply to your product. As a general rule if a product fails within the  first 30 days we will replace it. After 30 days we will replace or repair any product at our own discretion.Some manufacturers may ask that you deal direct with them concerning warranty issues. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.
