If the bike that you want is in stock and already built, you can certainly ride away the same day. If the bike is still in a box, we would need to arrange a time for it to be built and saftey checked. For road bikes we would recommend getting a frame sizing prior to buying to make sure you get the right size frame.
To secure a bike with us we ask for a 20% deposit. The deposit can be taken instore, or via an online payment link, and is fully refundable if you are using a cycle to work voucher.
Yes we do. We. accept cycle to work vouchers from most schemes. These include: Cyclescheme, Cycle 2 Work, Green Commute Initiative, Cycle Plus, and Cycle Solutions. If in doubt, please contact us.
Currently we only except cyclescheme vouchers on our website. If you have a different voucher type but see a bike you like on our website, please get in touch, and we will do our best to help you get the bike you want.
