Velosport Returns Policy

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items (excluding ridden bikes) to us in their as sold condition with packaging within 28 days of receipt.
We will issue a refund or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Delivery charges are only refundable if you have canceled your entire order within 7 day's or where the goods are faulty.
Sorry, we cannot accept returns of books or software where any seals have been broken.
Please note :
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be processed once received.
The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and tags and with all enclosed documentation.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
For large items such as bikes and wheels we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 10% to cover our administration costs.
Bikes must be returned in show room condition, and not ridden.
Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us with details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to notify us of your intent to return it and a further 30 days in which to do so.
Bike Returns

Once ridden, bikes cannot be returned.

If you are unsure of the correct size of bike, please contact us before placing your order.
Please be aware that bikes returned (and subsequently refunded) as a result of the incorrect size being ordered will incur a re-stocking fee of 10%. If you return your bike for an exchange of size, this charge will be waived.
Incorrect Item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us with details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
All refunds will be given as soon as possible, and usually take the form of a refund transaction onto the card used for the original purchase. At the very latest we will refund your money within 28 days from the day we receive your returned item. In the case of incorrect ordering and undisclosed reasons for return, a credit or exchange may be issued and the customer will be expected to pay the return postage costs.



You also have rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 CCR2014 which state that up to 14 days after receiving your goods, in most cases, you can change your mind and get a full refund. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days from delivery without giving any reason. This right does not apply to any customised or personalised goods bought through our website. To exercise this right please contact usprior to the expiry of the cancellation rights period. Please note ridden bikes cannot be returned or exchanged. Faulty bikes are subject to warranty

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). Where charges apply, you are responsible for paying the return delivery charges.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or
  • (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or
  • if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product you're entitled to the following:

  • up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get a refund;
  • up to six months: if they can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund, in most cases;
  • up to six years: if the goods do not last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to some money back.
  • Bikes must be retured in show room condition.

Customer Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website for a full refund. This doesn’t apply to:

  • Goods made to the customer’s specification or are clearly personalised
  • Goods that are in clearance sales
  • Goods ordered that a subject to a restocking fee
  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate (nutrition) or expire rapidly (magazines)
  • Delivery fees where applicable

You can cancel anytime from placing your order up to the time you take possession of the goods (or in the case of a multiple order, the last part of the order).

Items should be returned with the original packaging and with any labels still attached and be in a new and unused condition. We are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you. We do not cover the costs of returning an item.

The Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations do not apply to Financial and Insurance Services.

Velosport Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
  • The delivery service provider does not deliver to your area
  • One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers; or
  • We have reason to suspect that there is a risk of a fraudulent transaction

If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us (in respect of goods provided by us, and delivery services provided by the delivery service provider (unless amounts in respect of delivery are refunded directly by the delivery service provider), from your debit or credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Bike ordering is subject to a 20% handling charge which is non refundable.

We will charge a 20% handling fee for any bike refunds which are not down to a manufacturing fault.

Sale items cannot be purchased using finance.
